Business Intelligent is collective information which will gives you ability to make effective and important on strategic business decisions(pg 66, textbook).
With applying this system, anyone from operating units around the world can search ,find and apply concept, strategies, developments success and marketing approaches as same as elsewhere in organization. it also create standardizing with their supplier and franchises. with social media, Coke could engage with their customer. My Coke Rewards is one of example Coke to communicate and rewarding their customer loyalty.
